Today we’re sharing an inside look into Catherine and Dylan’s love-party at the lush Bendooley Estate.
The duo’s story began at university where they obviously hit it off.
Catherine worked at the campus uni bar where she first met Dylan, but that wouldn’t be the last time the two crossed paths.
“I saw him again at a house party where he lent me some tracksuit pants out of the back of his car because I was cold,” says Catherine.
“We still laugh that he gave me pants as his first gift! But seriously, Dylan was selfless and kind from the start – thinking always about my comfort and happiness.”
(…Quick note to self — always carry around a spare pair of tracksuit pants).
The pair chose AGU legend James (aka Thommo) to capture every moment of their big day and we couldn’t have been more stoked to be involved.
“All Grown Up Weddings were a fantastic photography collective to work with – I had the option of many talented photographers,” says Catherine.
“James was funny, easy-going and professional. He felt like a friend by the end of the day. He made us all feel very comfortable and was present without being intrusive. He moved quickly and confidently, ensuring we utilised the best spaces (despite the drizzly Southern Highlands weather).”
